For the group controller issue, pls check below our reply:

1, E038: internal and external machine communication failure.

Please check whether the communication lines between inside and outside units in accordance with the provisions of wiring, and then set the number of indoor units (DP09), and then push down K2 / K3, to find the indoor units.

2, E018: host and slave 1 communication failure;
E019: Host and slave 2 communication faults
Host S2 Dial Code: 1010
Slave – S2 Code: 0001
Slave two S2 dial code: 0010, but also to ensure that the value of SP05 inside DP04 is SN01;

3, if there is a fault of the controller, then there will be a “clock” icon; So, the group controller is no problem.

And the problem were solved successfully.

We informed client to take off the disk on the PCB, and send us the info stored in Disk to us, and found two issues need to check and confirm:

1. System low pressure is only 2.3Kg, the requested minimum low pressure is 10kg.

It means that the freon re-charging qty is not enough.

After check the total piping line length, our engineer given our suggestion of charge

to 15kg per system, and two system can not be less then 30kg freon.

2. E020 Error, it means that the outdoor unit and indoor unit is not matching.

And we send the video for checking if indoor units can be found in system.

At last, the system starts up successfully.

Two units of centrifugal chiller for HILTON Hotel were started up successfully after many emails communications with clients.

Chiller 1 is secceed started.

1- We Charge full of 450 Kg Refrigerant R134a.

2- We are running the machine starting to cool the system.

3- Attached you can check values of operation.

From now we will track the unit operation and inform you about values and tendences to be sure the machine is operating in the right ranges and efficiencies.

2- Please check picture of panel on chiller # 3, where you can see it doesn´t appear the option By Pass in the touch screen.
