Chiller modular enfriado por aire
El chiller modular enfriados por aire de la serie DACC esta diseñado en base al concepto modular y cuenta tan solo con la bomba de calefacción y el sistema de enfriamiento. Esta en capacidad de controlar de manera efectiva su capacidad, de acuerdo con el encendido y apagado del compresor, además puede aumentar su desempeño por menos tiempo de encendido y apagado que un solo sistema compresor. La corriente de encendido del chiller modular enfriado/condensado por aire es controlada a un nivel mínimo. Debido a que los compresores se encienden un por uno, el cable de suministro de energía será mucho mas pequeño que el de un solo compresor. En el caso de que uno de los compresores falle, el resto de los compresores puede seguir operando de manera normal y el impacto en el funcionamiento general seria muy bajo. El costo de remplazar el compresor es muy bajo, ya que son más pequeños que otros compresores. El rollo paralelo del compresor es 7% mas eficiente que las máquinas con tornillos, cuando están cargados completamente y son entre 15% y 20% más eficientes si su carga es parcial.

Protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille.

Mini Air Cooled Water Chiller:
STRUCTURE
Panels and base frame are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.

HERMETIC COMPRESSOR
Single phase rotary type (for model 05 only) and 3-phase scroll compressor (model 08-30),;
With thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater mounted on rubber vibration isolators.

AXIAL FAN
External rotor type axial fans, equipped with single phase direct drive motors, low noise 6 poles, protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille.

EVAPORATOR
High efficiency brazed stainless steel plate exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.

CONDENSER
Coils are consisting of seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins, protected with flexible plastic grill.

DESUPERHEATER
High efficiency stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, factory insulated with flexible close cell material. (optional)

REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
Copper tube connection with charge valve, filter, sight glass, gas-liquid separator, thermostatic expansion valve, low pressure switch with automatic reset, high pressure switch with manual reset.
The heat pump unit is completed also with 4-way valve, liquid receiver and one way valve.

HYDRONIC CIRCUIT
Built with air vent valve, water drain connection, and female-threaded hydraulic connectors.

ELECTRIC PANEL
Consists of:
Compressor contactor;
Compressor protection breaker;
Fan motor protection breaker;
Control circuit protection breaker;
Phase sequence relay (only for 3-phase power supplied units);
Programmable microprocessor controller

OPTIONAL

High Efficiency and Energy Saving

Compressor capacity can be adjusted by step-less/step control.

The chiller has function of interlock. Cooling water pump, chilled water pump in the control cabinet/panel can be connected to external equipment and achieve interlock control. So system can save energy.

Easy Installation , Time & Space efficiency

Refrigerant has been charged into the chiller and full performance test has been done before delivery. Customers only connect the water pipes and power supply , and then conduct the commissioning and operation of the chiller.

Integrated design and compact structure , small dimension and simple lifting.

Remote monitoring and instant maintenance

The chiller is equipped with RS-232 standard serial interface to connect with PC or MODEM, such as connecting to MODEM, remote monitor could go through visiting public telecommunication exchange network to achieve remote communication monitoring.

Human-based Control Interface, Complete Function and Simple Operation

Support multiple communication protocols such as PPI; MPI; PTOFIBUS. Thus,

multi-unit control and connection with building automation system (BAS) can be accessible to remote control of the start/stop of the chiller.

Parameters such as temperature of inlet and outlet of CHW (chilled water), unit fault and operating time can be displayed on LCD, meanwhile various parameter-settings can be proceeded.
