Two units of centrifugal chiller start up successfully

Two units of centrifugal chiller for HILTON Hotel were started up successfully after many emails communications with clients.

 

Dear Simon.

Chiller 1 is secceed started.
1- We Charge full of 450 Kg Refrigerant R134a.
2- We are running the machine starting to cool the system.
3- Attached you can check values of operation.
From now we will track the unit operation and inform you about values and tendences to be sure the machine is operating in the right ranges and efficiencies.

Chiller #2 was started successfully and is working fine, we are operating the unit and `preparing data to send you for analysis.

By now we are preparing to start Chiller #3 and we have the same situation as chiller # 2

1- Could you please send parameters for Chiller # 3 with “Machine Code: 122D” – See attached Picture.

2- Please check picture of panel on chiller # 3, where you can see it doesn´t appear the option By Pass in the touch screen.

Features

High Efficiency and Energy Saving

Compressor capacity can be adjusted by step-less/step control.

The chiller has function of interlock. Cooling water pump, chilled water pump in the control cabinet/panel can be connected to external equipment and achieve interlock control. So system can save energy.

Easy Installation , Time & Space efficiency

Refrigerant has been charged into the chiller and full performance test has been done before delivery. Customers only connect the water pipes and power supply , and then conduct the commissioning and operation of the chiller.

Integrated design and compact structure , small dimension and simple lifting.

Remote monitoring and instant maintenance

The chiller is equipped with RS-232 standard serial interface to connect with PC or MODEM, such as connecting to MODEM, remote monitor could go through visiting public telecommunication exchange network to achieve remote communication monitoring.

Human-based Control Interface, Complete Function and Simple Operation

Support multiple communication protocols such as PPI; MPI; PTOFIBUS. Thus,

multi-unit control and connection with building automation system (BAS) can be accessible to remote control of the start/stop of the chiller.

Parameters such as temperature of inlet and outlet of CHW (chilled water), unit fault and operating time can be displayed on LCD, meanwhile various parameter-settings can be proceeded.
